Hi, I'm new to AMD.

I see there are over 10 billion shares on issue which causes some concern that they are a typical "raise, issue, pay themselves big salaries, don't have anything to show for it, repeat". It also leads me to believe they are likely to consolidate soonish at a ratio of at least 10:1. In my experience of juniors that have this MO for running a company, the consolidation will probably drive the price lower and keep it low as they attempt to raise again and again.

Can anyone tell me if the entire management suite has been replaced or are there still some lingering original directors/ appointments sitting there who intend to keep the cash cow running? Are there any officers that should be replaced?

Looking for honest opinions, not defensive retaliation to legitimate concerns.
