An open question to IBX management

If I may ask, how does the “on-track” for the end of the year comment made by the CEO in the July 2 video presentation at about the 4 minute mark reconcile with what we are now told 4 weeks later is still at 1 enrollee for the trial and that the recruitment stage will possibly extend into next year. It’s a straightforward and justifiable question as to what led that July 2 comment to be made, and which some investors may have based their ongoing investment decision on.
