I am not sure where you get the 150mill cash each from Gharp.
In their 15 July 2023 announcement they said
Strike estimates the fully fabricated, constructed and installed cost of the South Erregulla Phase 1 Gas Processing facility at $90m (P50 Class 4 estimate) which excludes the cost of the export pipeline to the DBNGP.
This is for a 40TJ/d plant (from an earlier announcement)
