Finished selling out, having realized a while back the only place for this is a watchlist given uns precarious financials, timelines, and opportunity cost.
My error in investing was to give AS the benefit of doubt, reasoning/rationalizing the board would protect me. But really, who'd have thought the board would also be inept ethically bankrupt parasites.
There is a case for a class action due to false & misleading statements and dubious disclosure but the time is not right now or in the near term.
I want to thank the vast majority of you for the intelligence and respect with which this forum has been generally conducted. And I want to thank Indijo for the education from his many reasoned posts.
Now my focus shifts to another medical device (for urinary incontinence in females) but possibly be back here in the medium term.
