SALE OF DELCO AUSTRALIA PTY LIMITED Further to its announcement of 15 July 2005, ACMA Engineering and Construction Group Limited advises that it has now reached agreement with its bankers as to the use of the A$5.6 million sale proceeds. This includes that the Company is required to advance the sum of A$1.5 million to Delco Australia Pty Limited pending repayment of the bank facilities by 31 December 2005. Both the Company and Wah Seong Corporation Berhad are in the process of arranging to refinance the Bank to permit the repayment of the A$1.5 million as soon as practicable and in any event before 31 December 2005. The Company expects to declare and pay the previously announced special dividend of 2.5 cents per share immediately following the repayment of the A$1.5 million loan.
