So the 'cash' component of the buying price is money raised exclusively through a capital raising, in addition to the extra $1 million CNW shares being issued in the purchase price.
That is a fair dilution, especially with cash reserves left entirely in tact. Plus the price they've decided to raise at is a mere 0.2c above 52 week lows!
