We've already been told that results this half are dismal - the only question is to what extent?? Next 6 months are more than likely be worse due to this more than likely lab created microbiological juggernaut. As a consequence, negotiations may result in a less favourable result than otherwise could have been achieved. Presumably Somboon will use figures achieved in current half (and projected downside for the next half) to his advantage. Lets see how good our side is in the negotiations process.
In any event, the shareholder value of the two properties is surely worth more than the current share price - so until outcome I'm holding mine.
