That's not a fair statement. If you're not hosting a server or in need of a static IP like 99% of people, it's really not an issue. If you are, then you'd probably want to be with ABB anyway as they have a superior network. Superloop is fine for the majority of people.
EDIT: I don't hold $SLC at the moment, I have no sentiment on it either. Just a customer.
