I dont feel Superloop was upfront enough about it, we have seen how intensely ACCC pursued RSPs when advertised speeds wasnt achievable, its a similar situation, customers could churn if they wanted, but ACCC still chased the issue.
In my case, i signed up on a promotional plan, so i guess its a way for them to claw some money back.
