Russ is a panel beating industry insider, who has been annoyingly bearish and unfortunately correctly so regarding AMA almost the entire way down, while I've been bullish.
He's admittedly not a finance guy, but his insights have proven valuable.
I also think he's thinking more about the supply / demand inbalance given the capital raise was so poorly taken up, and not talking about the mathematical effect on dilution as you pointed out.
Anyway there's value on these boards from industry insiders and finance/investment people as well. I have respect for Russ. Hateful respect. but respect nonetheless. lol
