Ece had over 25% so yes there was always going to be a board spill.does it change anything? No nothing. If you read thru the resolution results you will see that Alice with her 52% still had enough clout to get her current directors re- elected and ECEs proposed directors were defeated. However as this was second strike those results are overruled and now we have to have another vote on the same issue within 90 days and the voting results will be exactly as they were here today, with Alice getting her directors elected and Ece nominations will be defeated again. So basically it is just a big time wasting game from Ece. The only consequence from all of this is a lot of paperwork has been generated for no gain.
