Some of our observations from the AGM. Firstly we agree with all the observations of kbear1. The general mood of the meeting and Directors was good. In conversations with MV and Directors it was indicated that the poor share price is probably due to the lack of major Institutions coming on board.

* MV in address confirmed that latest AIPAC results had replicated results from trial that had been carried out earlier by Immutep. (Whilst this was covered by kbear1, I also felt it was a highlight.)

* MV encouraged by decision of GSK to continue trial of LAG -3 in autoimmune disease (GSK2831781) and not remove it with the other trials that they stopped. He felt that this decision will result in further substantial milestone payments.

* All spoken to about the name change, felt it was time for a change and have a Company Name more closely aligned to the product they are developing. They also felt that this would assist with attracting larger institutions.

Overall, all spoken to were upbeat about the future of the company and its direction. New Chairman, new Directors and a new name and Logo. All looks promising. Missed you Macenroc and we thought we were going to meet Ahjay.
