For mind, I think they are in the right areas - on-line is the future of advertising and programmatic is a way of doing this cheaper & to scale. The idea of providing access to social media influencers is also a great idea. Presumably the M&A will be in similar, innovative businesses.
Now this lives or dies on this management team's ability to execute the strategy well & manage the working capital in the mean-time. Also instill confidence in the market & communicate properly.
Two early indicators for this will be:
1. ability to deliver guidance to the market; and
2. delivery of the promised M&A pipeline.
Interest & liquidity will be poor until then .... allowing for some tree shaking IMO
