Dr Michael Stein "previously served as founding CEO for Doctor Care Anywhere, a UK-based telemedicine platform acquired by Synergix in 2015".
Doctor Care Anywhere (DOC) will be listed on the ASX on 4 December 2020. I attached Chairman's Letter from its prospectus for further information about DOC.
I would speculate that the appointment of Dr Michael Stein as ResApp's Director was a strategic move to provide an opportunity for ResAppDx to be integrated into DOC's UK Telehealth platform, or at least to help ResApp penetrate UK Telehealth market in general.
