A question, the second half EBIT per their guidance will be higher than the first half? So even if you take out the $200M it is still a good full year result and thus the share price is still cheap on multiples and yield as compared to others?
The balance sheet, yes, this will reduce interest expense, bank fees etc.. and hopefully they send a bit of this cash in the shareholders direction, on top of the proposed buy-backs.
