No, however I would say they are not doing it... to save money for the gas well. They will probably forgo future cooper repairs also, maybe use part of the bond to shut a well or two.
All this talk about a cap raising is annoying, lol. I think if they needed cash they would do a small allocation to a sophisticated investor. Look at what BUY did recently, something like that anyway, it was only small.
