I would hope so. My theory is it was sold down by sophisticated investors in their hopes of getting a low placement, they keep putting 89 everywhere 89=hi lol.
Valuing BAS is hard because they are trying to spend Kiwi on pipelines and other infrastructure possibly even for pel182.
I value it at well above 12c though even in the 20's and then if they strike in pel182 45c to $1 or so... problem is the failing Cooper wells are causing delays, and delays are not great for option holders like us, I think I have more options than you, ahahaha
