The scene was set for conversion of "in the money" options and to therefore clear any overhang and have plenty of $$ in the bank. In that scenario, these North Americans would have had to spend their $10M on market which is what would have pushed the price to new levels at which time CR could occur if/when necessary.

Instead Jason has given them a discounted entry and we still need some bigger players to step up to move the price higher. But of course now we have even more overhang and SOI. Although, I hope/expect these North Amercians are unlikely to flip their holdings in the short term.

All in all, disappointing from Jason and the team.
