I was thinking the only explanation I can find is the proposed shares issued a few days ago on the 11/12/23 but the actual proposal date when those shares hit accounts will be 07/02/2024

4.52m shares issued at 19.87c for $900k back in September but don't hit the market until next year, so that's not it, unless they hold other shares taking some profits now and then waiting for their new shares to be issued in Feb...



Puts a floor at 19.87c if that's the case and other than a red day overall can't seem to find much other explanation, not that the market is a logical place to begin with.
