I'm just not sure why anyone will be buying 13c shortfall when you can buy on market for 7c.
We need institutional investment in some regard. I honestly think Scott is spewing he didn't just get $30M from the instos straight up.
He did what HC was screaming for, retail to have the same offer as the instos and then retail let him down this time.
We'd be flow testing very shortly if he got the $30M
