No one wants to spoil your party Freeza, but there has been dilution over last 3 years and substantial tech developments by other players in the areas where 4DS is targeting.
One of the biggest issues a potential buyer will have to consider is how long before any product can hit the market
Even if 4DS had its tech base ready today some 3-5 years would be needed for full qualification and commercialisation.
This is just the reality of the market we are dealing with.
This doesn't mean to say it can't happen, but the reality is time is not your friend.
