I wonder if the $20m acquisition facility will be aimed at Adherium (I hold.) With Respiri now in RPM and solely focused on the US, and if the terms were realistic, a deal could make a lot more sense to ADR shareholders than it did a few years ago.
Also, a well funded merged group would be far more likely to get traction on the ASX than either company could on its own.
I wonder if the $20m acquisition facility will be aimed at...
