Am I surprised with the capital raise? YES.

Am I concerned?... knowing in 7-8 months time, PEN will be a uranium producer, and is now fully funded until positive cash flow? NO

Do I think uranium price will be $150+, and PEN share price will be higher on 7-8 months? YES

Therefore do I think I can make money on PEN in 7-8 months if I bought more shares today at 10c? YES

Of course all IMO.. DYOR...

I'm a simple everyday shareholder.. I do not to worry about day to day fluctuations.. I'm comfortable being a holder knowing PEN will be in production in 7-8 months, (while other companies, mainly developers, will be needing to raise $500M+ to build their uranium mines many years down the track)
