ok, you raise some fair points with your 3 "mistakes" you point out...., some I agree, some I disagree

1. Raise at 7.5c ... yes, I agree that was a bad move. The actual timing of the raise doesn't bother me, but the discount was too big. However, I must admit I am personally very happy to have received shares at 7.5c via the raise, with free oppies (with 10c strike price in May 2025).. anyone who got shares at 7.5c are currently up 53% on those shares

2. PEN rejected $40M of funds. I disagree with you on this. This was the CORRECT move. This new raise is at 10c, so rejecting funds at 7.5c results in less dilution.

3. As another poster mentioned, WH caught people off guard with this latest CR, saying they will pursue debt... but if the market knew another CR was coming, things could've been worse as @mike72 points out in his post ..

4. "Why not wait until SP is at 20c" to do the raise?... that's easy to say. Can you tell exactly when 20c will come? Next month? 6 months? You might as well say "Why not wait until SP is at 50c"..

An example I see all the time on HC... "company X" raises at 20c, and all the "experts" come in and say, CEO should've raised at 50c six months ago, with the benefit of HINDSIGHT!!

yet if a raise was actually done at 50c, HC "experts" at that time would be complaining and saying that the CEO should wait until 80c before a raise.. no one knows with 100% certainty what the SP will do
