the whole property sector has (xpj) has dropped very approx. 15% over the last 3 months and avj downturn mirrors the sector ........
inferring from what reserve bank has said or has not said - low interest rates are likely continue on for some time yet ..... so even if there is the very slightest fallback in housing activity an investment in avj at its current pe and div. yld. levels appears sound....
