How many more years will we have to wait to see the benefits of being a vertically integrated meat company
(that we now are)...over just a breed em, feed em, and sell them cattle company that we used to be

Forget the land and livestock price increases for now, which by the way can both go backwards as we know
and would both be the same as both a meat and cattle company

When will we be more profitable as a meat company than what we used to be as a cattle company

Last year export wagyu meat prices received was up 21%, but a big chunk of that was just the aussie
dollar falling pretty hard against the USD, strip that out and it would not look to great against the
20 to 30% increase in the EYCI over the same period

I dont think we have seen a year since we have changed to a meat company that we would not
have made more (or lost less) as a cattle company

This and the $100million white elephant we have up north are reasons enough to call for a board cull

We have everything lined up in our favour and we make a 3.5% ROCE, God help us when the
wind blows back the other way as we know it will

    cheers grant
