I apologize for making an error in my previous post by typing the wrong code for the company with the silver assays in Nevada. The company is SNX, if anyone is interested in reading the report to compare. The title of the announcement on Comsec is - "SNX to follow up 1270 g/t silver intercept in hole BHD006 at Blackhawk, Nevada, USA."
Different style of deposit, drilling near historical mines etcetera. But the financial position of the two companies is a stark contrast, which highlights the relative safety of AGC due in part to location. In their March quarterly report SNX had funds for 2.19 comparable quarters. They obviously need to raise cash. And they are burning it more quickly than forecast.
AGC are prudent with expenditures, in a controllable environment with predictable expenses and a well planned drilling program underway. And bonanza grades. I'll be happy to ride this one up, buying on dips after future good announcements if they are forthcoming.
