My interpretation is:
The bridge loan only lasts until June 24 and is meant to be refinanced much earlier. In practice it could be refinanced as soon as the next two months.
Therefore restriction only applies for as long as the bridge finance is in place. Therefore it will only affect one divvy at most (Dec half), at most likely no divvies will be affected.
