Good pick up.
I just assumed that they paid the US 65M in outstanding debt and interest. You are correct that they did not disclose the price, although it did not exceed the face value of the debt. Fair to assume a discount was involved.
I wonder if there is some sort if confidentiality agreement?
Feel a bit better about this if it was discounted.
