I wrote a not so nice commentary on this sham of a deal, posted the message and it just disappeared.
in summary, not a good deal after the share dilution, cash and that ridiculous option conversion price, if we hit the expected local targets then it would make that 13.5c the steal of the century.
BAD deal all round imo
not sticking around here much longer I am afraid.
