Yeah I do find it puzzling, I really thought it would drop back to 11 cents as 99% do. Hard to say but you expect that Acu would've briefed fosters as they had to sell the CR. Am wondering if the direction given was more than enough for a buy signal. Also would be interesting in who was the the tech investor who took a large chunk.
