They were reporting regularly that the two issues were separate and they were still expecting the licence to be issued to the Bayan JV. The ann on 3/5/16 was a good read at the time and gave me some confidence that we might actually get something out of SA.
Since then, their confidence in getting the licence seems to have dropped off. It appears the two are linked and we are being played like a fiddle.
