Actually, I beg to differ about ADH being one of the smartest retailers.
Having been a shareholder since listing, I've seen a number of blunders from management, most self inflicted. The latest, the DC fiasco, still isn't resolved.
I think the opportunity for the business is sizeable, but whether management is capable of delivering is another question.
For best in breed listed retailers that I'm aware of, I'd direct your attention to JBH and NCK. AX1 and SSG are probably a notch below those two IMO.
