It was BSP who made a submission to the PNG Government, that the merger of KSL/WestpacPNG, was bad for competition in PNG.
Nothing was further from the truth.
BSP after a period of mismanagement is now racing to copy all the KSL initiatives using its size to squeeze KSL.
BSP is expanding in FX, Micro Lending and digital platforms.
KSL could really use the vetoed size of that merger, to compete with the scheming, forked tongue BSP.
