There's just one thing missing in this $5+ takeover than many posters on this site think is imminent.......SFR! I think that SFR are sitting back watching and waiting and will take a profit when the time is right. I don't think that have any intention of making a play for ADT but are happy to see the rumours of a TP swirling around out there. And for the rebuff that will come from this statement....no, I'm not down ramping ADT so that SFR can get it at a reduced price. I'm a SFR shareholder and I'm happy to see the SP of ADT go as high as possible so that SFR shareholders can share in the spoils.
