My buy in price was $1.84 but i got the last dividend at 6.6c, if i get over 11c for a dividend PA with franking then i am okay with that and if it starts to bounce back in late 2024 early 2025 that's even better. I don't see interest rates going up a lot more, the economy would go into recession and i dont think any Gov wants that.
If the share price stays around 1.70 to 1.74 and we get earnings as per your matrix i may buy more.
