The raise is a good result. Enough to keep the banks happy, fund the acquisition, and not too dilutive to existing shareholders who didn't take up their entitlement. People who took up their full entitlement (and applied for more) got what they wanted. I fit into the last category (and probably should have applied for a few more shares). And probably won't get an opportunity to buy at 15c again.

What happens with the shortfall shares is interesting. I doubt they will be issued. But we shall see. Nice if they were issued above 15c.

Also will be interesting to see if the past management have subscribed.
