I think the signs are all positive it's just people are impatient.
the cogs started turning from initial Euopean sales last year and since then more and more centres have got on board which is positive BUT the cycle must take place before the numbers start to increase.

IMO the new centres on board starting with Europe have to test the product for themselves over a certain amount of procedures to gauge the ease of use and how effective it is. (This could take months). Next step once they have decided to go with Cardiocel is to use up the previous products they have, these centres can't just sell on existing stock they have or throw it away either.

To surmise I think (if Cardiocel is superior like we hope) these centres will be switching over one by one and it'll be at this point the number of patches sold and revenue will increase exponentially.
There will be a corner turned, a surprise quarterly, whether than shows up in Jan or April I'm not sure but if Cardiocel is superior it will show up.
