I like GRR - always flying under radar and consistent results (some hiccups every now and then, which are natural to all businesses)!
Only thing that caught my eyes was the appetite to have other equity investors in SD, which I believe is good. But strange that they found someone, which already left.
The Capital allocation framework also seemed good, but I am bit confused whether the order from the excess cash flow piece means the order the capital will be deployed.
