I just tuned into an AGM this morning for a nanocap stock, almost the same market cap as 1ST at around $7m (albeit without the debt).

They managed to have company representatives, auditors etc in a meeting room. Two directors in a different location (assume different state) on another camera and a presentation displayed on the virtual screen via Zoom.

It was super simple, very straightforward and everyone got to attend (in person and virtually). Shareholders could see the presentation, ask questions, cast their votes etc.

Im at an absolute loss how 1ST are incapable of achieving something similar.
