On the CDY thing - well, if Provelmare (is that a "white horse"?) manages to provide the "light" in the Midkine tunnel - where the CEO & Co couldn't, then that must be construed as some of evidence wouldn't you say?
By extension, if what I outlined in my last post doesn't eventuate - then that will also be construed as some sort of evidence.
