Don't apologise,damned fine post - regarding the nature of any payments to CSD I would have liked to have seen a statement at some point advising when CSD would report proceeds (as you state, at FY's end for example).
Given the private nature of the company, there could be a constraint that I hadn't considered with respect to discussing the ongoing nature of operations - its gets a bit fuzzy when CSD as a public company is managing the operation; at what point does a significant variance (e.g. if the production was well below guidance, and therefore would mean an impact to potential CSD revenues), mean CSD would be obliged to report that. Or maybe there is no such obligation.
We'll see what comes out in the wash with the annual reporting.
