This announcement seems premature to me, possibly Jack bowing to the pressure of keepping the market informed. Nevertheless it is a good development. I've always thought that an agreement of substance (for both medical and non-medical even though they are different market segments) won't come until after regulatory approval but the development work with Skriiv bodes well for the future. We may have to wait until later this calendar year but the company seems to be doing all the right things.
