Agreed,the US is a big wildcard. Also considering Sick and Annual leave is very light there and because COVID19 is now considered a pandemic so any medical, income protection and life insurance will not cover it... it’s has the potential to be mayhem there in 1-2 months.
These times are a true test to what a good employer looks like… Flightcentre here in NZ has enforced a 4 day working week for all employees forcing them to take sick and annual leave.
