Re the echoes of @pinch2020 information - which continue to reverberate - about two new AMOC test requirements being added by Boeing to the testing shareholders were first informed of, perhaps the near to last sentence from Ross today addresses this?
“While I appreciate the ongoing frustration from shareholders regarding the commissioning of additional testing by the FAA as we move towards certification, this is a necessary part of the comprehensive certification process and once complete will pave the way for further, streamlined application processes.”
So whilst the recent ‘rumours’ suggested “in relation to other applications, the FAA has now said they need a specific Issue paper for each new application. Greater moat yes, but also another setback in relation to timelines.”
Perhaps the information gleaned from these final (extra?) tests can simply be rubber stamped onto each new issue paper?
… So possibly NOT such a setback in relation to timelines?
