Redgum this is absolutely laughable now!
How can Boeing allow CVM to be installed on “their aircraft” with an airline(delta), yet require full approval through their engineering department before finalising paper work and sending it on to the FAA? Haven’t Boeing had years to look at the finer details for the CVM application?
Am I missing something?
