I believe the current weakness in the share price can be attributed to Ross Love's comment regarding a future capital raise.

The share price for a capital raise is usually set below the current price at the time. I believe the only way to help maintain the share price at around its current level would be to grant shareholders attractive options with the cap raise.

Bearing the above in mind, many shareholders are currently not buying any weakness in the share price because of the expected cap raise.

I am sure Ross, trying to be open to shareholders, did not think the result of his comment through. Instead of having a cap raise somewhere approaching a dollar, we look like having one below fifty cents. We badly need some good news to boost the share price prior to the announcement of the cap raise or further dilution will occur.
