Not pedantic semantics at all but appropriate management of a difficult, state of the art design. Some non holders fail to realise just how valuable an asset shareholders have in this refinery. It is simply the biggest and best in the world.
It is a pity it has taken so long to get going but it is functioning now and producing the highest value products at high levels of purity with low levels of waste.
