Then if they delist on the ASX shortly afterward not only can you make a killing shorting it in the lead up, but it's a glorious future as an ADR: raise any amount of capital you want (no restrictions apart from double dipping within 90 days), no shareholder rights to worry about, no bother with quarterly reporting and no need even for audited financial statements! Plus a sweet deal with a custodian where they can clean up 1.25 US Cents PER ADR SHARE in an admin fee every 4 months... Seems hard to resist?
