I don't see the announcement as a positive or negative. Geoff seems to be transitioning out on good terms and this will allow for a period of consolidation. One of the few highlights from the last interim report was the language and key points used in the section on the diasource business. I kept thinking these guys are switched on and focused on making money which is exactly what I want from the management team.
